Located in Windham, NY, we offer delicious pies, brownies, cookies and other freshly baked goods.

Some of my first childhood memories are in the kitchen, standing on a chair, baking with my mom. My mom is a wonderful baker and before I was old enough to go to school I was always her helper. She was so patient and a wonderful teacher. Baking is a science and it requires exact measurement. She taught me the proper way to measure dry and liquid ingredients as well as how to crack and separate an egg. I learned how to make cookies and brownies and then cakes and pies. There were times when our creations went outside to feed the birds but most often they were thoroughly enjoyed. There is nothing more wonderful than having family, friends and now customers savor the fruits of your labor.
