Effective March 24th GNH Lumber will have modified business hours. Be aware that we will have areas that are restricted to establish 6’ of space between customers in any areas of our retail stores. As long as GNH remains open we will not allow customers to use our bathroom facilities.

Monday–Friday 7am–4pm, Saturday 8-2 and Sundays closed

Our outside sales force will be working remotely from home and assisting customers via in-store pick up. They are unable to hold any in-home appointments. All communication will be done via email including quotes and estimates.

Accounts receivable will be available for phone calls only 518-966-5333 or Blue Tarp 1-888-321-6698. All payments can be made over the phone, via mail, or online.

Curb-side pick-up:
To place an order in advance, call 518-966-5333 or email contractorsales@gnhlumber.com.

Please pre-pay for your order over the phone and you will receive a text message and/or phone call when your order is ready for pick-up and an email will be sent directly with a receipt. When arriving at our facilities, please look for the signs that designate the curbside pick-up. Your material will be waiting labeled with your name.

Delivery services:
GNH is waiving all delivery fees. Drivers will maintain social distancing and have been instructed to unload materials in a safe area they will NOT enter a customer's home. All necessary delivery instructions must be given at time of order. Our delivery system is expected to be in high demand and we ask for your patience as we navigate through this difficult time. No Signatures will be taken for deliveries drivers will capture proof of delivery with a photo.
