Chef Ana Sporer was formally a chef at the Pierre in Manhattan for six years and chef instructor at New York Restaurant School, and the Institute of Culinary Education (previously Peter Kumps). She will treat your taste buds to creatively and freshly prepared culinary delights using the finest organic produce from local purveyors.
