The Palenville Branch Library is dedicated to providing free access to the world of ideas, learning and entertainment for enrichment of their respective communities. Our mission is to continually improve and expand our services, materials and programs to best serve the needs and desires of the residents of Palenville, to whom the library belongs.
Our Palenville Branch Library is located in the former Pine Grove Resort on Route 23A in Palenville. The tradition of a library in the Hamlet of Palenville dates back to the 1920’s. Although the location has changed over the years, the tradition of attentive, diligent service to the community has remained the same.
