The interplay of body/mind/self is the foundation to well-being and the focus of my practice. I tailor every session to meet your needs through the integration of Swedish, Connective Tissue, CranioSacral, Hydrotherapy and Aromatherapy therapeutic modalities.
In addition to my training in massage therapy, I bring to my practice 25-plus years experience as a professional modern dancer, certified Laban Movement Analyst, movement-for-actors educator, director and choreographer.
